- Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions, guide roadmaps, and measure impact.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, align on goals, and report progress.
What Weβre Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with manufacturing, factory floor systems, or supply chain technology.
- Experience with production systems, manufacturing workflows, or supply chain technologies is highly valued.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and operations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and defining solutions for complex operational problems.
- Bias for action, resourcefulness, and ability to break down barriers to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy for operational users and real-world workflows.
- Technical fluency, familiarity with APIs and system integrations, and strong project management skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with MES, MRP, ERP, or workforce management systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with data to extract insights.
- Experience in operationally intensive companies or time spent at a venture-backed startup during hypergrowth.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests to validate product changes.
