Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support across commercial, regulatory, and product matters, advise on token listings and partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and transactional support - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Product and regulatory advice - Advise product teams on regulatory and compliance risks related to crypto products, token listings, and integrations.
• Policy and compliance collaboration - Work closely with compliance, AML, and regulatory teams to ensure business initiatives meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk assessment - Identify legal and regulatory risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support internal governance and approvals.
• Corporate matters - Support general corporate governance, internal policy drafting, and ad hoc legal projects.
• Cross-functional partnership - Provide clear, business-focused legal counsel to stakeholders and support escalation of complex issues.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with relevant bar admission or equivalent qualifications in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience advising on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, or product-related legal issues, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, token mechanics, and crypto market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments, prioritize tasks, and provide pragmatic legal advice.
• High standards of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
