Role summary

We are hiring a Senior Outside Sales Executive (Hunter) to originate, nurture and close new enterprise and mid-market clients. This remote role focuses on proactive outbound sourcing, building long-term relationships, and shaping solution proposals that address client needs primarily in Consumer verticals such as Retail, Logistics and Distribution.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new logos through networking, events, referrals and targeted outreach.
  • Lead consultative discovery meetings to understand client workflows, pain points and priorities.
  • Present tailored solutions and value propositions to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and procurement.
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including solution design, UX, technical, staffing and delivery teams during complex sales cycles.
  • Manage deal negotiations, contract terms, and the transition to onboarding and post-close expansion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecast pipeline, and provide market feedback to RevOps and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services, with a strong track record as a hunter of new logos.
  • Proven success sourcing, nurturing and closing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Deep industry understanding, including key players, business models, client needs and trends in targeted verticals.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
  • Familiarity with software systems and data used across industries, and the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
  • Native or fully bilingual English proficiency.
