About the role

As a Hunting Manager you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals. This leadership role manages and guides a team of leaders in recruitment, develops and implements strategic hiring initiatives, and optimizes recruiting processes to meet business needs at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide leaders within the Talent Acquisition function, providing mentorship and operational oversight.
• Define and implement recruiting strategies to source and attract top technical talent aligned to company priorities.
• Align processes with business needs by collaborating with other area managers to keep recruitment workflows current and effective.
• Track and optimize KPIs and metrics across the recruiting funnel, including time to hire, pipeline health, and salary settings.
• Analyze data to assess recruiting performance and recommend process improvements.
• Manage a large team - oversee and support the work of 50+ team members and drive consistent execution across regions.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading operational leaders and managing large teams.
• Background in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related function is desirable.
• Hands-on, proactive management style with strong operational discipline.
• Advanced level of English, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to analyze KPIs and improve recruiting outcomes.

Work arrangement and location

This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere. You will work across time zones and coordinate with area managers and stakeholders globally. Flexible hours are supported to accommodate remote collaboration.
