As an Engineering Manager, Product at Dandy, you will define technical strategy for new products, co-drive product direction with cross-functional partners, lead engineering efforts across the stack from architecture to delivery, and act as a technical thought partner to product and design. You will uphold high standards for engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence while mentoring and growing the engineering team.

Base Pay Range - $221,100 to $268,000 per year. Dandy offers equity for eligible roles. Actual compensation will vary based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
