Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Java + React Technical Leader to provide technical leadership, design cloud-native distributed architectures, and guide engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. You will be a technical owner across backend and frontend modules, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in monitoring, CI/CD, and architecture.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based, service-oriented architectures and microservices.
• Act as technical owner for platform modules, driving development, integration, and production readiness.
• Write clean, maintainable code for backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React) components, and ensure high standards through code reviews.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to improve system reliability and response times.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and promote best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and release automation.
• Provide technical mentorship, lead technical discussions, and support team growth and professional development.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, present recommendations, and guide adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and align on technical tradeoffs.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with substantial work in Java backend and React frontend.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems, cloud architectures, and large scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented design, patterns, and backend databases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, manage technical risk, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish at native level and advanced English skills for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and observability tooling.
• Familiarity with large scale integrations, performance tuning, and scalable data systems.
• Previous experience leading client-facing technical discussions and complex projects.
