Role Overview

DuckDuckGo is hiring an Engineering Director, Web Platform to lead development of browser and web platform initiatives. This is a remote, full time leadership role within the Engineering department focused on driving high quality work across browser engine and WebView projects, including Chromium and WebKit related development.

Compensation

Compensation - $243,800 annually, with equity compensation offered. Compensation is consistent across professional levels regardless of geographic location or functional area, and is transparent across the organization.
