Role Description

As a Junior Developer Support Specialist (Contract), you will be the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and products. On a day-to-day basis you will triage issues, reproduce bugs, and unblock integrations quickly through clear, friendly support. You will also contribute to our AI support chatbot by creating training content and giving feedback to improve answer quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Frontline developer support - handle inbound questions via chat and email for SDKs, deep links, provider APIs, and integration setup.
• Triage and escalation - capture concise internal notes with minimal repro steps, logs, screenshots, and user impact for partner teams.
• Resolution - diagnose root causes and identify solutions so developers integrating with Phantom can continue serving their users with minimal delay.
• Documentation - create and maintain internal and external developer documentation to enable self-service and to train AI systems.
• Tooling mastery - work efficiently with Cursor, CoPilot, GitHub, browser devtools, and block explorers to reduce time to resolution while maintaining quality.
• Communication - respond to developers with professionalism and warmth, being approachable, clear, and supportive in every interaction.
• Risk and abuse awareness - recognize suspicious patterns in API usage or on-chain activity and escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript across platforms, including web and mobile (React Native, iOS, or Android).
• Web3 fundamentals - wallets, signing, RPCs, transactions, explorers, and the Solana programming model.
• Frontend debugging skills - browser devtools and network trace analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); comfortable using Cursor and CoPilot.
