About the role

The Senior Customer Success Operations Manager will support Customer Success by improving GTM systems, processes, and data flows to increase retention, expansion, and team efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Data, Product, and Finance to scale playbooks, reporting, and tooling for Customer Success.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute Customer Success operations strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and data to align processes and streamline workflows.
  • Implement analytics and reporting to track KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform regular analysis of revenue operations data to surface improvements and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Create and maintain customer segments to improve experience and maximize lifetime value.
  • Document and standardize processes and success motions across Customer Success teams.
  • Own change management for processes and tools across teams, including headcount modeling and capacity planning.
  • Design and manage fulfillment and reporting for variable compensation plans across customer success teams.
  • Partner with frontline teams to ensure systems, data, and processes increase their effectiveness and efficiency.

What you'll need to be successful

  • 4+ years in customer success operations, revenue operations, or business operations within SaaS.
  • 3+ years as a CRM administrator, HubSpot Sales and Operations hub preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, including integrations and platform evaluations.
  • Proven experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modelling.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for modelling and scenario planning.
  • Experience integrating product usage data into GTM tools and workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams, and to drive change with a user-centric, empathetic approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI tools and their use in automating Customer Success operations.

Bonus points

  • Experience with HubSpot, Census, Chilipiper, Zapier, Clay, Arrows, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms and custom AI workflows for GTM automation.
  • Background in transactional SaaS or Product Led Growth models.

Compensation and perks

Base cash range: $140,000 - $160,000 USD per year (starting point; final compensation may vary based on role, location, and circumstances). In addition to cash, roles include equity and benefits, with annual reviews and bonus potential.
