Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote marketing team and lead acquisition and retention strategies across WP Media's product portfolio. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with product, customer care, and engineering to plan and execute campaigns that grow revenue and improve customer engagement. This role is fully remote and ideally suited to candidates located in a timezone between GMT+3 and GMT-5.

What you will be doing

  • Strategy, analysis, and reporting - Analyze marketing performance and customer behavior to find optimization opportunities, define campaign plans, and measure results across key metrics like CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Paid acquisition - Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others, including landing page testing and conversion optimization.
  • Customer acquisition flows - Build and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages, and paid campaigns to attract high quality prospects.
  • Retention and engagement - Design and implement email automation and lifecycle campaigns including renewals, cart abandonment, cross-sell and upsell flows to increase retention and LTV.
  • Campaign execution - Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high quality delivery.
  • Optimization and cost management - Monitor and optimize marketing spend to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration - Work with Customer Care, Product and Engineering to identify friction points and develop initiatives that improve the customer journey.

  • Strong communication - Clear written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration, reporting, and campaign copy where needed.
  • Preferred experience - Experience in SaaS or tech companies, prior remote work experience, and involvement in the WordPress community are valued.

Location and remote expectations

This position is fully remote. We prefer candidates in a timezone between GMT+3 and GMT-5 to facilitate collaboration within the distributed team. WP Media is open to teammates based in multiple countries, subject to applicable local employment arrangements.
