Overview

Lead the future of WordPress SEO as Senior Product Manager at Rank Math. You will own product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered SEO tools used by millions of WordPress users. This fully remote role combines strategic thinking, UX advocacy, and deep SEO knowledge to drive product-led growth and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and sometimes sunsetting, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and support to drive product-led growth, boost adoption, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Lead cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and analyze usage data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
• Implement product analytics to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
• Improve onboarding and customer experience as the product transitions to SaaS and platform delivery.
• Stay current on SEO and WordPress ecosystem changes to ensure product-market fit and competitive advantage.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products.
• Proven track record managing technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong PLG experience including self-service onboarding and conversion strategies.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and how users interact with WordPress plugins and SEO tooling.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms is a plus.
