Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our design team. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define design opportunities, lead end-to-end product design, and deliver user centered, scalable interfaces for Binance products.

Responsibilities

• Design strategy - Partner with product and cross-functional teams to identify user and business needs, and define product design opportunities.
• End-to-end delivery - Lead projects from discovery to delivery, establish vision, create detailed UI solutions, and work with engineering to ship high quality products.
• Design systems - Contribute to and evolve component libraries, design tokens, and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
• User research - Conduct and synthesize user research, use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive design decisions.
• Collaboration - Participate in design reviews, provide feedback to peers, and align with product, engineering and research to ensure seamless experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI and UX design experience, with strong skills in visual design, interaction, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools, and experience producing high fidelity prototypes and handoffs.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design changes.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments, iterate quickly, and deliver to tight timelines.
• Experience designing for blockchain, crypto, or fintech products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Degree in design, HCI, or related field, and a strong design portfolio.
• Bilingual ability relevant to the region is advantageous.

Working Arrangement

Location: Remote. Specific expectations about hybrid or onsite work will be confirmed during hiring.
