Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Designer to join the design team and help shape user experiences for our products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify opportunities, lead end to end design, and deliver user centered, scalable interfaces for Binance products.

Responsibilities

• Design strategy - Partner with product managers and cross functional teams to identify user and business needs, and define product design opportunities.
• End to end delivery - Lead projects from discovery to delivery, set the vision, produce detailed UI solutions, and work with engineering to ship high quality products.
• Design systems - Contribute to component libraries, design tokens, and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
• User research - Conduct and synthesise user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform design decisions.
• Collaboration - Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and align with product, engineering and research to ensure seamless experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI and UX design experience with strong visual design skills across desktop and mobile.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and converting insights into actionable design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools, with experience producing high fidelity prototypes and handoffs.
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Experience designing for blockchain, crypto, fintech, or related products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, able to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Degree in design, HCI, visual arts or related discipline, and a strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX work.
• Bilingual ability relevant to the region is advantageous.

Working Arrangement

Location: Remote. Specific expectations about hybrid or onsite work will be confirmed during the hiring process.
