Job Description


Overview

Join Toggl as a Senior AE and lead the charge in closing high-value deals across North America for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You will own the full sales cycle from targeted prospecting through post-close expansion while shaping how the sales team sells.

What you will do

  • Prospecting and pipeline building - identify and engage mid-market and emerging enterprise accounts through data, events, and referrals.
  • Discovery and solution selling - lead consultative conversations to uncover complex workflows and map Toggl's solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Presentations and demos - craft and deliver tailored product demos and presentations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Deal management and negotiation - navigate multi-threaded opportunities involving C-suite, procurement, and technical stakeholders to close deals.
  • Onboarding handoffs and expansion - collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Sales process and playbook development - partner with Head of Sales and RevOps to refine sales stages, tools, metrics, and best practices.
  • Forecasting and reporting - accurately forecast pipeline and provide market insights to inform strategy.
  • Thought leadership and mentorship - mentor colleagues and represent Toggl at events, webinars, and panels.

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000 plus uncapped variable. On-target earnings: $50,000+ OTE (market-adjusted). Full Toggl benefits included.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS deals.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with sales processes, CRM hygiene, forecasting and reporting.
  • Comfortable mentoring teammates and contributing to sales process improvements.
