Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toggl

The role

We believe hiring shapes the future of our company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toggl, you will own recruiting operations end to end, partnering with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Operations, and more. You will run the full execution process from first outreach to signed offer and onboarding, acting as a decision maker, partner, and champion for thoughtful, candidate centric hiring.

What you will do

• Manage full cycle recruiting globally, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and nurture pipelines for active and future roles across functions.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising, challenging, and collaborating to improve hiring outcomes.
• Promote roles and the Toggl brand creatively across job boards, communities, and networks.
• Own the candidate experience end to end, ensuring clarity, empathy, and timely communication.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with clear metrics, documentation, and up to date records.
• Manage expectations for internal hiring teams and executives to maintain hiring standards and velocity.
• Lead contracting and preboarding administration, and run onboarding and offboarding operations to ensure smooth transitions.

What you will not be doing

This role is focused 100 percent on Talent and hiring operations, not generalist People Ops work.

Who you are

You are an operationally strong recruiter who enjoys owning processes and delivering measurable hiring outcomes. You can work autonomously in a small People team, implement improvements, and scale systems for global hiring.
