The Role

We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in early-stage, high-growth environments, leverages strong industry relationships to generate rapid pipeline, and brings deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to drive revenue and long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation - Leverage existing industry relationships to rapidly build pipeline and convert prospects with minimal ramp time.
  • Metrics and accountability - Be accountable to defined pipeline and performance metrics, driving consistent activity to meet targets.
  • Client engagement - Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored outcomes-focused solutions.
  • Value articulation - Clearly communicate Halcyon’s value proposition to enterprise buyers.
  • Post-sale optimization - Optimize client engagement after sale to identify expansion opportunities and time additional transactions.
  • Relationship management - Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients through regular reviews and proactive recommendations.
  • Networking - Represent Halcyon at user groups, tabletop events, and industry conferences to expand influence and generate opportunities.
  • Partner leverage - Work with strategic alliance partners and value added resellers to realize business opportunities.
  • Enablement and reviews - Facilitate enablement, roadmap discussions, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Value Conversations to maximize client value.
  • Negotiation - Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes, streamline communications, and enhance the customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the endpoint cybersecurity industry or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated quota attainment.
  • Excellent pipeline management skills and ability to balance strategic enterprise accounts with SMB opportunities.
  • Strong ability to qualify leads and drive deals through the full sales cycle.
  • Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Familiarity with channel ecosystems and leveraging partners and resellers.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage procurement and legal discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000. This is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of base compensation for this role. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and equity participation.
