Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, implement, and maintain DApps and platform services. You will work across frontend and backend domains, contribute to architecture and performance improvements, and help deliver secure, scalable systems that support our AI and blockchain use cases. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features, including frontend components and backend services.
• Integrate with blockchain libraries and smart contracts, using tools like wagmi.js and ethers.js for onchain interactions.
• Design and maintain APIs, data models, and database schemas for SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Profile and optimize application performance across frontend and backend layers.
• Implement robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, and reliable monitoring and observability practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to deliver production-quality releases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide tier 2 support for incidents when needed.

Candidate profile

• Background in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience building high-performance, large-scale applications.
• Extensive expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Strong backend skills with Node.js and Python, and experience building services and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, plus experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Hands-on blockchain and Web3 experience - smart contract interactions, DeFi familiarity is a plus.
• Focus on secure coding practices, testing, and code quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms and core services, especially AWS, and familiarity with CI/CD and container workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones - partial overlap with GST and EST time zones is helpful.

Nice to have

• Experience creating DeFi applications or LLM/AI integrations.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for AI features.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and production automation.
