About the role

We are hiring a Staffing Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition and drive hiring outcomes at scale. You will manage and guide a team of leaders, own recruiting KPIs and processes, and implement strategies that align recruiting with business needs. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and global scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of operational leaders within the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing performance and development.
• Create and implement forward-thinking hiring strategies to improve candidate flow, quality, and efficiency.
• Align Talent Acquisition processes with business objectives in collaboration with other area managers.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings to optimize staffing performance.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support employee well-being initiatives and help scale a supportive, high-performance recruiting organization.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading operational leaders or people managers, ideally within Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Hands-on, proactive management style with strong operational execution skills.
• Advanced English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Experience working with recruiting metrics, staffing processes, and data-driven decision making.
