Role Overview

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will own the technical validation, candidate screening, and client alignment processes for staffing augmentation engagements. You will work closely with clients to define required skillsets, evaluate candidate technical fit, and help accelerate time to market for resourcing requests.

What you will do

• Drive and manage technology evaluation and validation processes to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
• Engage with clients to understand engineering profile needs and provide technical guidance on candidate profiles.
• Perform final screening and interview stages to identify the best engineers for each position across multiple stacks including Web, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and Data.
• Participate in client meetings to scope and refine technical requirements, and advise on feasibility and timelines.
• Provide training and upskilling guidance to candidates on relevant technologies and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve time to market for resource fulfillment and ensure high quality matches for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the IT industry with a background in software development or technical hiring.
• Proven track record evaluating engineering talent and familiarity with multiple tech stacks and domains.
• Strong technical presentation, interviewing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn emerging technologies and keep up with market trends across frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, QA, and data disciplines.
