Role summary

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term staffing projects. This is a proactive role for a dynamic, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, improve recruiting processes, and connect top talent with client needs. The position is 100% remote and supports global hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for company openings and ensure accurate intake of role requirements and assignments.
• Source, screen, and present candidates to clients and internal leads, focusing on quality and fit.
• Collaborate with recruiting peers, operations and client services to identify farming and expansion opportunities across accounts.
• Plan and run lead generation and outreach activities to build a strong pipeline of candidates for mid-market and enterprise roles.
• Propose and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes, tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, project management, or full-cycle recruitment, preferably in IT or professional services.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field is preferred.
• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
