About the role

As a Talent Sourcing Manager you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition, managing and guiding a team of leaders to meet hiring goals. This role focuses on creating and implementing advanced sourcing strategies, tracking KPIs and metrics, and improving recruiting processes at scale.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of leaders within Talent Acquisition, providing hands-on direction and operational oversight.
• Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to optimize the hiring process and improve employee well-being.
• Collaborate with area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes remain aligned with business needs.
• Oversee a large team (50+), monitor KPIs and metrics, and manage salary settings and staffing performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and refine recruiting and staffing processes for optimal results.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading operational leaders and managing people managers.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
• Hands-on, proactive management style with strong operational execution skills.
• Advanced level of English for global collaboration.
