React Frontend Developer at Applaudo

About the Role

We are seeking a React Frontend Developer to design and build high-quality user-facing features using React and TypeScript. You will join cross-functional teams to implement UI/UX designs, write tests, and help integrate AI capabilities where relevant. Strong English communication is required to collaborate effectively with US-based clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features with ReactJS and TypeScript, using component-based architecture and React Hooks.
• Build reusable, efficient components and maintain clean, modular code.
• Ensure UI/UX designs are feasible and implemented accurately across browsers and devices.
• Write and maintain unit tests with Jest and contribute to Cypress end-to-end test suites to support QA.
• Optimize application performance for responsiveness and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve front-end issues across various browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven expertise in ReactJS, including React Hooks and component-based architecture.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using Jest or similar frameworks.
• Experience or interest in Cypress for end-to-end testing is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-driven interfaces or AI-integrated projects is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of version control, especially Git, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
