Role Summary

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search team. In this role you will identify and secure senior and executive-level talent for BairesDev and our clients, helping build high performing leadership teams through strategic sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the entire offer process for successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Leverage and expand professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
• Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition approaches.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and satisfy specific hiring needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, mandatory.
• Advanced level of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, mandatory.
• Experience recruiting for the US market.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and candidate assessment capabilities.
