Role summary

We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term staffing projects. This role suits proactive, detail-oriented team players who can manage multiple tasks and help improve recruiting and staffing processes. What you will do

• Execute the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Obtain accurate information related to profiles and assignment requirements for openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify and present candidates for various roles.
• Present candidates to clients and internal leads, ensuring clear communication and fit.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities across accounts.
• Propose and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

What we are looking for

• Analytical ability - proven analytical skills, extreme attention to detail, and strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Education - degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Experience - 3+ years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Language - advanced English level.
• Desirable - 1+ years of direct recruitment experience is a plus.
