The Role

We are hiring an exceptional, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue with minimal ramp time. The ideal candidate excels in early-stage company environments, brings influential industry relationships, and leverages deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing industry relationships within key verticals to rapidly generate pipeline and convert prospective clients.
  • Be accountable to defined pipeline metrics and quotas.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored, outcome-focused solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Halcyons solutions in a compelling and relevant manner.
  • Optimize client engagement after sale, timing additional transactions to maximize value.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding evolving cybersecurity requirements.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, assess satisfaction, and propose enhancements to meet client objectives.
  • Network via industry user groups, tabletop events, and key conferences.
  • Leverage strategic alliance partnerships and channel ecosystems to realize business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate continuous enablement, roadmap discussions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Executive Value Conversations (EVCs).
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements that align with organizational and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and improve the overall client experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the endpoint cybersecurity industry, with focus on strategic and large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment and ability to drive multi-million dollar deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong pipeline management skills and ability to balance strategic expansion with high-profile accounts.
  • Ability to qualify leads using key success metrics.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining client and executive-level relationships focused on customer success and long-term partnership.
  • Familiarity with channel ecosystem and leveraging value-added resellers.
  • Proficiency leading procurement and legal negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000. The range provided is Halcyons reasonable estimate of base compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and equity.
