Role Summary

Senior Project Manager - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver products and transformations, ensuring efficient and effective execution across all project areas.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Proactively identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and deliver strategic plans for implementing technologies to maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
• Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
